Membership Revocation & Refund Policy

 Membership at The Swinging Moon is a privilege and is subject to ongoing compliance with all club rules, policies, and standards. Violations of discretion, privacy, consent, conduct, or any community guidelines may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of membership.

All membership fees are non-refundable in the event of suspension or revocation.

The Swinging Moon reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership at any time to protect the safety, privacy, and integrity of the community.
